Sadly we have heard that Alan Ward has passed away - his funeral is at 14.15 on the 6th February at Coychurch Crematorium.
30th January

9th January
A PDF copy of the club's Good Practice Policy is now available for downloading from the Documents page. The Policy outlines the Home Office requirements for the club to retain it's approval by the Home Office as a properly constituted Target Shooting club.
4th January
A committee meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday the 7th January and the minutes of the last committee meeting held in July 2025 are now available in the Members only area.
30th December
Tondu committee are pleased to announce that the range is now open although the work on the bridge is incomplete and we may have to close again for a week sometime in the future in order that the bridge deck can be resurfaced.
Please remember when you visit to shoot to use the range-mate system to record what firearms you used on the day. There are no paper records.
Not all shoots have to be verified so if there is no-one to verify your shoot you can record on the next visit or thereafter.

THE LATEST NEWS IS THAT THE FINAL WORK ON THE ACCESS BRIDGE HAS BEEN DELAYED AND IS NOW SCHEDULED TO BE COMPLETED BETWEEN THE 25TH AND 28TH NOVEMBER - WEATHER PERMITTING. THE CLUB REMAINS CLOSED.

WE HAVE NOW BEEN TOLD THAT THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH LAYING THE DECK OF THE BRIDGE AND THAT IT NEEDS DRY WEATHER - HOPEFULLY WILL BE COMPLETED BY15TH NOVEMBER.

WE ARE TOLD THAT THE BRIDGE WORK SHOULD BE COMPLETED THIS WEEKEND AND THAT CLEARUP IS TO START ON MONDAY - HOPEFULLY THINGS WILL NOT TAKE TOO LONG AFTERWARDS.
26th October
REGRETTABLY WE HAVE NO COMPLETION DATE FROM THE CONTRACTORS WHO ARE CARRYING OUT THE MAINTENANCE WORK ON THE RAILWAY BRIDGE - HOPEFULLY WE WILL BE INFORMED SOON AS TO WHEN THE BRIDGE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR VEHICULAR TRAFFIC TO USE AND THE CLUB CAN BE OPENED.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM THE 14TH OF JULY UNTIL MID OCTOBER THE CLUB WILL BE CLOSED AS NETWORK RAIL WILL BE UPGRADING THE RAILWAY BRIDGE AND VEHICULAR ACCESS WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE. AS SOON AS THE CLUB HAS RE-OPENED A NOTICE WILL BE POSTED ON THIS WEBSITE.

Sadly I have heard that our previous Chairman, Tony Davies, has passed away. His funeral is to take place at Llanelli Crematorium at 12 midday on Friday the 12th September.

Sadly we've heard that Carl Mason has passed away. Carl was an enthusiatic member of the club committee and his involvment will be greatly missed.
14th February
Please note that the 50m and 100yd ranges will not be available for members to use on Friday to Sunday 20th/21st/22nd June as those ranges will be used for the 2025 Welsh Open Championships
The 10m Airgun shooting equipment has now been removed from the old indoor range, so airgun shooters who need a 10m airgun facility need to use the new Tom Baggott range in future.
